Not being able to sleep at night can cause great mental harm to people, because such insomnia will not only affect people's work and study, but also make people's mood become particularly impetuous. However, this situation occurs more frequently after menopause, and will become more and more serious, even making you unable to sleep all night.

When women reach a certain age, their internal estrogen secretion decreases, and they are troubled by external issues such as family, children, and work. With too many problems in mind, they are prone to insomnia, and menopausal syndrome will follow.

1. Frequent sweating and hot flashes when sleeping at night

a) Sweating seriously affects the sleep quality of female friends and leads to menopausal insomnia. Moreover, most women find that their pajamas and even bedding are damp after waking up, and they are covered in sweat. Although it does not last long, it is very painful!

2. Lying in bed with confused thoughts and difficulty falling asleep

a) Women in menopause tend to have wild thoughts while lying in bed at night. They toss and turn and cannot fall asleep. Some even need to take sleeping pills to get a good night’s sleep. They have to take more and more sleeping pills to fall asleep.

3. Waking up too early and not being able to fall asleep again

a) Premature awakening is a very common symptom among menopausal women. Some women can fall asleep easily at the beginning of their sleep, but their sleep quality is very poor. They are easily awakened and cannot fall asleep again after being awakened.

In this situation, female friends had better not think too much, otherwise they will become more and more awake, which will make it more difficult to fall asleep, thus directly causing symptoms of menopausal insomnia. Some female friends may find that their clothes are wet when they wake up every day, or even their whole body is covered with sweat, which makes people feel particularly painful.
