What to do if labia ulcers grow? How to treat

If you have ulcers on your labia, you must pay attention to active treatment, such as local treatment. You can use 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution for sitting bath, or take oral vitamin B and antibiotics. You can also regulate and solve the problem through some traditional Chinese medicine methods.

(1) Local treatment:

① Local symptomatic treatment: Keep the vulva clean and dry and reduce friction. Take a sitz bath with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. Ulcers caused by nonspecific vulvitis can be treated with topical antibiotic ointment. Other ulcers should be treated according to their different causes. Rinse the affected area with 0.1% ethacridine solution or apply a wet compress. Applying neomycin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, or dyclonine ointment or cream externally or adding the above drugs to wet compresses for wet compresses can be helpful.

② Glucocorticoid ointment is better used during the recovery period of ulcer.

③Ultraviolet light and helium-neon laser irradiation have certain therapeutic effects.

(2) Systemic treatment:

① Oral administration of vitamin B complex and vitamin C and systemic application of antibiotics have a certain therapeutic effect on the disease; for gangrenous type, systemic application of glucocorticoids and antibiotics can be used.

② Intramuscular injection of human immunoglobulin can enhance the body's resistance and promote the disappearance of skin lesions.

(3) Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine:

①Apply indigo powder and tin powder locally.

② Grind realgar into fine powder, sterilize it under high pressure, mix it with glycerin, add a few drops of 1% tetracaine solution, and make it into a paste. During treatment, first apply a cotton ball with 1% tetracaine solution to the ulcer surface for 3 to 10 minutes to relieve pain, and then lightly apply realgar glycerin paste on the ulcer. 23 cases were treated and the healing time was 42 days on average.

③ When there are purulent secretions and necrotic tissues in the vulvar ulcer, apply purple carbuncle ointment (containing 9g each of talcum powder, rouge, amber powder, agarwood powder, and blood scorpion, 0.9g each of borneol and calcined pearl powder, 30g of beeswax, and 120ml of sesame oil) externally.

④ The treatment principle is to strengthen the spleen, clear away heat, detoxify and eliminate dampness: use Dixie Shenshi Decoction (Diixie, raw coix seed, Phellodendron, Poria, Moutan bark, Alisma, Talcum, Smilax glabra), add Baihu Decoction in case of high fever, and add more wild yam in case of leucorrhea.
