What are the symptoms of menopause?

In recent years, people have heard a little about the disease of menopause. Most people think that only women will experience menopause. In fact, both men and women will experience menopause, but the symptoms of menopause in women are more prominent. Generally, women will show some very obvious symptoms during menopause, such as cessation of menstruation, sweating, irritability, etc., which are mainly caused by the decline of ovarian function.

The symptoms of female menopause, before menopause, are mainly changes in menstrual rhythm: prolonged cycle, longer intervals between menstruation, or no menstruation for two or three months, which then return to their natural pattern after a few months. This alternation of amenorrhea and regular menstruation can last for one or two years. Some women have shorter periods and too many periods during a period of time. The color of menstrual blood becomes lighter, pink, or even black, mixed with small blood clots and fiber fragments. The amount of menstrual blood also changes. For some women, the amount of menstrual blood gradually decreases; but there is no increase in bleeding or heavy bleeding.

Some women also feel facial flushing and heat, starting from the lower part of the face and spreading upward to the entire face. There is often significant blood vessel dilation, redness, and sweating on the face. At the same time, dizziness and vertigo may occur, and the degree of flushing varies. Sometimes it is limited to the face and neck, but it may also be frequent and severe.

When women reach menopause, many will feel their emotions are very unstable and they are particularly prone to temper tantrums. In fact, these symptoms are caused by abnormal hormone secretion in the body. They can be regulated by taking foods containing estrogen. For example, soy products contain a large amount of soy isoflavones, which are very effective in supplementing estrogen in the body. In addition, vitamin E is also a very good nutrient for regulating endocrine.
