It is the most prominent symptom of menopause, with an incidence rate of about 80%. It manifests as paroxysmal heat sensation, starting from the face and spreading to the neck and chest, accompanied by diffuse or flaky skin redness, and then accompanied by sweating. This is called hot flashes. If there is only a feeling of heat without hot flashes or sweating, it is called hot flashes.
