What preparations should you make before getting pregnant?

Newlyweds all want a child. The couple has sexual intercourse and mates, the sperm and egg cells combine, and conception occurs in the mother's body. After nine months of gestation, the baby will be formed. However, before pregnancy, relevant preparations must be made to better increase the combination rate of our sperm and egg cells. Let's find out what preparations should be made before preparing for pregnancy.

Conception should be chosen when both parties are in good health: at this time the eggs and sperm are also healthy; it is best not to conceive when you are sick or in a bad mood, as this will have an adverse effect on the sperm and eggs.

Create a good environment for conception: The psychological and physiological state of the couple has a direct impact on conception. A quiet, comfortable and harmonious environment is beneficial to the development of germ cells and fertilized eggs.

Both parties should strengthen their nutrition one month before preparing for conception: eat more foods rich in vitamins and protein to provide adequate nutrition for sperm and eggs; quit smoking and drinking before pregnancy, especially on the day of conception.

Correctly grasp the ovulation period: Generally, only one egg develops, matures and is released in a woman's month, and its life span is generally 24 hours. If you have sexual intercourse at this time, the possibility of conception is greater.

The best time to have sex is before getting up in the morning: because people are more tired at night, while in the morning they are full of energy after resting, and women can easily detect their ovulation period in the morning, and male hormone levels are high.

Stop using birth control pills: If you have been using birth control pills, you should wait 2 months or preferably half a year before getting pregnant; this will allow the endometrium and ovulation functions to recover, which will be beneficial to the growth and development of the fertilized egg.

It is not suitable to get pregnant within six months after a miscarriage: at this time, the physical strength, endocrine system and reproductive organ functions are all favorable for pregnancy, and it can also avoid repeated miscarriages.

It is very important to make good preparations before pregnancy. Only by making sufficient preparations can we help give birth to our babies in a healthier way. At the same time, we need to give meticulous care to our mothers' bodies during pregnancy, especially in terms of diet, we must supplement with sufficient protein to supply energy.
