2.10%~25% Podophyllum resin: Apply the medicine directly to the lesion and wash it off 2~4 hours after application. Apply it once a week and can be used for 3~4 times in a row. This medicine is highly toxic and cannot be applied to normal skin or used for vaginal and cervical lesions.

3.1% phthalide ointment: Apply to the affected area 3 to 5 times a day, and it will be cured in 4 to 6 weeks.

4.5% chlorouracil ointment: For external use, once a day, 10 to 14 days as a course of treatment, generally 1 to 2 courses of treatment.

Physical therapy

Common treatments include microwave, laser and cryotherapy; laser therapy is suitable for large warts, large numbers of warts and warts in any part of the body; cryotherapy is suitable for small warts and more localized lesions; microwave therapy is suitable for any type of warts.

Surgery

Giant genital warts can be removed surgically.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

1. Longdan Xiegan Pills: 6g each time, 3 times a day, orally with warm water.

2. Antiviral oral solution: 1 bottle (10 ml) each time, 3 times a day, with warm water.

3. Longdan Xiegan Granules: 1 to 2 packets (4 to 8 g) each time, twice a day, with warm water.
