How to treat postpartum disease

The so-called postpartum disease is a physical illness caused by unknown external infection or internal injury after women give birth or have miscarriage. At present, there is no unified identification standard for postpartum diseases, nor is there a completely effective treatment method. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that postpartum sickness is often caused by the invasion of wind and cold in women after childbirth, or by extreme joy or sorrow, or by uncontrolled sexual life after childbirth.

There is no good treatment for postpartum disease, but the body can be adjusted through diet therapy.

Pork liver is suitable for consumption in the morning and at noon. The iron in egg yolks is effective for postpartum women with anemia. Lotus root and pork ribs soup can treat anemia symptoms during confinement. Lotus root has the effect of relieving nervous tension, and scallops have a stabilizing effect on emotions and can treat postpartum depression.

Carrots are rich in vitamins A, B, and C and are the best dish for postpartum women. Pork kidneys have the effects of strengthening the kidneys, promoting metabolism in the body, restoring uterine function, and treating back pain. Sesame is high in calcium. Eating more sesame can prevent calcium loss and constipation. Pig's trotters can replenish blood and promote lactation, and can treat postpartum milk deficiency.

Peanuts can nourish blood and stop bleeding, can treat anemia and bleeding, and have a nourishing effect. Celery is high in fiber and eating more of it can prevent postpartum constipation. Glutinous rice is sweet and mild in nature, and can nourish the middle and replenish qi, while red crab oil rice is a noble tonic for postpartum women. Black beans are rich in plant protein and vitamins A, B, and C. They can also improve athlete's foot edema, abdominal and body muscle relaxation.

A woman's postpartum illness manifests as lower back pain, which is most likely due to postpartum malnutrition leading to calcium deficiency in the body. At this time, you might as well pay more attention to calcium supplementation in your life and avoid overwork. In addition, some women suffer from postpartum confinement diseases that make them weak and feel exhausted after a little exertion. This phenomenon usually disappears slowly a few years after delivery and there is no need for special treatment.
