What are the symptoms of breast nodules

Staying up late often is a bad habit that many people have nowadays. They may look at their mobile phones to relax before going to bed every day, and then if they are not careful, it may be after eleven o'clock, and they fall asleep after eleven o'clock, which is already considered staying up late often. Staying up late often can easily cause endocrine imbalance and female hormone fluctuations, which can easily cause breast lumps over time. So what are the symptoms of breast nodules?

Symptoms of a breast lump include:

1. Breast lumps: often multiple, unilateral or bilateral, mostly in the outer part; and the size and texture of the lumps often change regularly with the menstrual period. Before the menstrual period, the lumps become larger and harder, and after the menstrual period, the lumps become smaller and tough but not hard enough. During palpation, a lump can be felt that has a nodular structure and varies in size. The boundary with the surrounding tissue is unclear and it is often painful. It has no adhesion to the skin and superficial tissue and can be promoted. The axillary lymph nodes are not swollen.

2. Breast discharge: The main symptoms include long history of illness, relatively lagging behind, and sometimes nipple discharge. The lumps of varying sizes in the breast are essentially some cystic enlargements of large and small mammary ducts. Nipple discharge comes from this cyst and is light green, dark brown or stubborn, and occasionally colorless and serous.

3. Menstrual disorders: The patient may experience frequent menstruation before and after the menstrual period, with small amount or light color, and may be accompanied by menstrual pain.

4. Mood changes: Patients often feel emotionally blocked or irritable, which worsens when they get angry, nervous, anxious or tired.

What are the causes of breast lumps?

Uncontrolled diet: kebabs, hot pot, milk tea, spicy food, snacks, etc. These foods taste delicious, but they are high in fried food, salt, sugar, calories and are actually very unhealthy. Eating these foods will not only cause great pressure on our blood vessels, but also cause weight gain and endocrine disorders, increase the secretion of estrogen in women's bodies, and affect breast health. For women with breast lumps, their daily diet should focus on light taste, eat more healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits, and eat less foods that stimulate estrogen secretion.

Wearing tight bras: Many women want their breasts to be more lifted and may wear tighter bras. However, wearing tight underwear will slow down the blood circulation and hinder the blood circulation in the chest, which may lead to breast problems such as lumps. Even if women pursue beauty, they should focus on comfort when wearing underwear. They should wear underwear that suits them and try to wear underwear with good breathability and more comfortable materials. Don't wear underwear that is too tight.
