Does anger affect conception?

Before women prepare to conceive, they are of course very nervous, because when conceiving, it is very likely that due to their usual carelessness, the sperm quality is relatively low, and even the child is not good, which has a certain impact on the child's intelligence and physical health. Especially for some women who are often easily angry and have big mood swings, they will be more worried. Will anger also affect pregnancy?

Try to do a pre-pregnancy check-up. The purpose of a pre-pregnancy check-up is to conduct a comprehensive physical examination before planning for pregnancy in order to achieve good birth and upbringing. It is usually conducted 3 to 6 months before planning for pregnancy. Through examination, women can understand various aspects of their physical condition, such as the health of their reproductive system and whether they have infectious diseases such as hepatitis B.

Good eating habits before pregnancy are the key to having a healthy baby. When a woman is preparing to become pregnant, she should eat more foods rich in protein, trace elements, folic acid, and vitamins; and eat less spicy foods and sweets.

Develop good living habits. Women should avoid smoking and drinking before they are ready to get pregnant. Tobacco and alcohol not only damage women's reproductive cells, but also affect the healthy development of the baby in the future. Therefore, one of the things to pay attention to before preparing for pregnancy is to change the bad habits of smoking and drinking.

Maintain a good attitude before conception. Women's mental stress and tense mood will also affect normal ovulation, thus affecting the success rate of conception. Therefore, when preparing for pregnancy, it is best for women to stay relaxed.

Adjust the pre-pregnancy physiological functions. Good pre-pregnancy physiological functions mean maintaining the maturity quality of eggs and the health of reproductive organs, which are also important for nurturing a healthy baby. Therefore, women can do more health conditioning and physical exercise before preparing to get pregnant.

When preparing for pregnancy, it is recommended that female friends go to the hospital for a detailed examination to avoid irregular menstruation, otherwise it will affect pregnancy. And if there are some gynecological inflammations, it is recommended to wait until the disease is healed before conceiving, otherwise it will be difficult to conceive and it will not be good for the child.
