How should women adjust their sleep quality?

Women generally like to worry and tend to be concerned about everything, including work, family and other trivial matters. In addition to work, women also have to worry about their children's schooling and do housework, so women have a hard time every day. Long-term stress and bad mood are likely to lead to neurasthenia, poor sleep quality, and difficulty falling asleep. Poor sleep has a particularly great impact on the body. So how should women deal with poor sleep?

So how do we get a good night's sleep?

First of all, we need to ensure adequate sleep. A normal adult should sleep 6 to 8 hours a day, but some people have excellent sleep quality and can adjust their sleep time appropriately. And the best sleeping time is from 10pm to 5pm.

Secondly, no matter where you sleep, you must have a good sleeping environment, such as a warm room, a comfortable bed, a clean and soft quilt, a pillow of appropriate height, etc., which can make you relax and enter a sweet sleep state as soon as possible.

Again, if you have insomnia, you can also use aromatherapy or music therapy. You don’t have to use essential oils and high-end audio equipment. You can put a ripe apple or orange at the head of the bed. They will also emit natural scents and help you relax. You can also put a Walkman next to your pillow and play some relaxing and slow music, which will also help you sleep. These are suitable for people who are easily receptive to psychological suggestions.

I would also like to recommend some foods suitable for dinner, such as milk, which has a very good melatonin effect; and millet, which has a good calming effect. But be careful not to drink tea, coffee or other foods that have a refreshing effect before going to bed.

After seeing the above points, I hope that all female friends can relax themselves and never worry too much about this or that. Being nervous every day is of no benefit and can even accelerate aging, which is not worth the loss. Poor sleep quality will make you lack energy during the day, your body's resistance will decrease, and many diseases will follow. It is particularly important to ensure a good night's sleep.
