Do you know the treatment of breast fibroids?

Breast fibroids are a type of breast disease. Breast fibroids are closely related to female estrogen secretion and can occur in women of any age after puberty, but the highest incidence is in young women aged 18 to 25. Breast fibroids have a great impact on women's health. So what are the treatments for breast fibroids?

1: Causes of Breast Fibroids

1: Do not breastfeed after delivery: Because breastfeeding can not only increase the baby's resistance and enhance the emotional communication between mother and baby, but also reduce the incidence of hyperplasia and breast cancer, it is recommended that female friends breastfeed their children after delivery. This is also a way to prevent hyperplasia.

2: Long-term negative mood: Nowadays, due to busy work or the influence of some other factors, more and more women will experience symptoms such as anxiety, tension, restlessness, irritability, etc., and it is difficult to calm down after being emotionally aroused, which causes dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, which is a common cause of hyperplasia.

Multiple miscarriages: This is one of the common causes of hyperplasia. When a woman is 6 weeks pregnant, the estrogen and progesterone secreted by the embryonic villi will stimulate hyperplasia. After a miscarriage, the hyperplastic breast tissue is not easy to shrink, and it is even more difficult to return to its original state, thus causing hyperplasia.

2. Treatment of fibroids in the breast

1: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: The disadvantage is that the tumor elimination speed is slower than surgery and Western medicine treatment. The advantages are small side effects, good anti-recurrence effect, and the ability to stabilize the disease and prevent it from spreading or metastasizing. The removal effect is relatively good, and the patients currently receiving treatment are relatively satisfied.

Western medicine treatment or Chinese medicine plus Western medicine treatment: This method is a hormone therapy that takes effect quickly, but the symptoms will relapse upon drug discontinuation. It is suitable for reducing tumors before surgery, facilitating surgery, and for tumors that grow faster.

Surgical treatment: Since drug treatment is not very effective and has limitations, surgical resection is currently used. Moreover, current surgical methods are all minimally invasive, with the surgical incision being only about 2mm, and the appearance of the breast is not affected after the operation. Compared with traditional surgery, minimally invasive surgery for breast fibroids has the advantages of no need to remove stitches or change dressings, and quick recovery time (recovery can be done in one to two days).

3. Keep your emotions stable and reduce your energy

Mental stimulation. According to statistics, 85% of breast fibroid patients have negative mood changes before they become ill. Mental stimulation can increase estrogen levels in the body and cause endocrine disorders.
