Note: Do not do this if you have cervical spine problems or dizziness. Don't force yourself to do something you can't do.

Posture 2: Lianshan Posture Breast Health Exercise

Method: Sit in a simple cross position, straighten your back, relax your shoulders, slightly tuck your chin in, and put your hands together. Breathe evenly and slowly. Inhale and raise your hands, stretch your side waist vigorously, stay still in this position, and focus your awareness on both sides of your body. Take 5 deep breaths and return to the starting point.

Effect: Make the chest muscles elastic and unblock lymphatic fluid

Posture 3: Shoulder-back breast exercise

Method: Sit in simple cross position, bend your left arm behind your head and your right arm behind your back. Clasp your hands together, straighten your back, and hold for 3-5 times while exhaling. Exhale slowly. Repeat the same on the other side.

Effect: Breast enhancement and smooth lymph circulation.

Note: If you cannot reach it with both hands, you can hold a strap with both hands.

If you want to avoid sagging breasts, you should pay attention to prevention in your daily life and should start paying attention to this issue from your teenage years. When the breasts are developing, it is important to ensure breast hygiene and avoid bumping or squeezing them. Sleeping posture is also very important. Never sleep on your stomach.
