Why is my breast sagging?

Why is my breast sagging?

Many pregnant mothers will always encounter many problems when they are pregnant again, such as body swelling, freckles on the face, dull skin, bad temper, etc. There are still many problems after giving birth, such as stretch marks, darkening skin, forgetfulness, etc. There is also the problem of sagging breasts, which may be due to breastfeeding. For women, this will greatly affect their personal image. So what should we do when encountering such problems?

During breastfeeding, the baby's sucking action on the nipple will constantly stimulate the mammary tissue in the mother's breast that secretes milk. The more the mammary tissue receives external stimulation, the more developed it becomes. This is the same as the more muscles exercise, the stronger they become. Therefore, for mothers who insist on breastfeeding, the breasts will become larger and firmer after breastfeeding, instead of becoming loose and sagging. Exercise is the most economical way to beautify your breasts. Mothers can do some simple chest expansion exercises at home to help exercise the chest muscles. The most important thing is to massage, rub, vibrate, knead or compress the breasts every day, massaging from the inside to the outside, and from the base of the breast to the nipple.

Massage your breasts every day: use both hands to draw circles around the breasts from the inside to the outside twenty times, and then do it in the opposite direction twenty times; open your five fingers and gently lift and grab the breasts with both hands, more than fifteen times. However, breast exercises are not a one-day job. They require long-term persistence to make the breasts look firmer, firmer and fuller. Of course, it would be better if you could do some special postpartum recovery exercises. When doing postpartum recovery exercises, remember not to exercise too vigorously. When you first start exercising, you must start with light exercises and proceed step by step. If you are still breastfeeding, you must avoid overly strenuous arm exercises and drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

Breast enhancement products often stimulate the breast area and accelerate blood circulation to make the breasts swell in a short period of time. They appear to be very effective, but in fact they are just a trick to enlarge the breasts. Before long the breasts will return to their original state or even sag even more, so people will continue to buy breast enhancement products. This will lead to a vicious cycle of breast enhancement. In the end, although a lot of efforts are made to enhance the breasts, the results are very general.

Postpartum mothers may experience sagging breasts and distorted breast shape due to long breastfeeding time, but at this time, try not to try unhealthy breast enhancement methods. Not only for pregnant women, but for all women, quick breast enlargement methods are not good for the body. We must learn to change slowly in a healthy way.
