The method is: every morning, noon and evening in a fresh air area, breathe in deeply and then hold your breath. At the same time, close the anus as if holding back defecation or urination, and repeat this more than 100 times. Once you are used to it, you can do it in your daily life. It doesn't matter how often you do it. You can do the above exercise whenever you have time. After a certain period of training, the supporting force of the pelvic muscles will be greatly improved, and the muscles around the vagina will become fuller and stronger, and vaginal relaxation can be cured without medication. The overseas "interrupted urination" training can also increase the tension of the muscles around the vagina. The method is: do intermittent urination training when urinating, hold back halfway through urinating to let the urine flow interrupted, and then continue urinating after a short pause. Repeat this process. After a period of exercise, the tension of the muscles around the vagina increases, and the vagina becomes smaller.
