Tell Deeho and the relevant gift partner the destination and the date the gifts are needed. Artwork approval, sample preparation, production and transport are separate stages; an event date is a request, not a guaranteed arrival commitment. Ask the written quotation to state each stage, the shipping method, protective packing, tracking arrangements and any duties or taxes. Do not rely on the product photograph to determine the final packaging.
Before paying, agree how an incorrect personalization, damaged item, short quantity or other issue will be handled. Keep the approved proof and order details, and contact the partner promptly with a clear description and useful photographs when a problem occurs. Personalized products can require different return arrangements from undecorated stock, but the operator must explain those terms before the order and preserve applicable customer rights. A refund status recorded on Deeho does not itself initiate a payment-provider refund.
