Deeho gift listings are starting points for a defined product and personalization brief. A displayed base price is not a complete custom-production quote. Confirm the quantity, unit specification, decoration, setup charges, packaging, tax, shipping and payment terms before ordering. Minimum quantities apply to the selected listing; different materials or artwork can require a different written quotation.
Provide only artwork, names, logos and photographs you have the right to use. Check spelling, dates, colors, placement and dimensions before approving a proof. A digital mockup does not replace a physical sample when material, color or functional compatibility matters. Production should follow the agreed approval process; submitting an inquiry alone does not approve artwork or start production. Changes, cancellations, defects and returns must be addressed in the written agreement without removing rights that apply to the transaction. Gift partners must provide accurate information, and misleading or unauthorized listings may be removed.
