How to prevent placental abruption during pregnancy

During pregnancy, the bodies of pregnant women are more sensitive than ordinary people. Their immune systems are low during this period and their risk of getting sick is also higher. Placental abruption is a common pregnancy disease. Before the fetus enters the uterus, the embryo separates from the endometrium. Because placental abruption is extremely harmful to pregnant women and fetuses, pregnant women must do regular color Doppler ultrasound examinations during pregnancy to detect embryo problems as soon as possible and take effective measures to solve them as soon as possible.

1. How to prevent placental abruption during pregnancy

1. Do a good job of pregnancy check-up. The first prenatal check-up should be done in the 12th week of pregnancy, followed by the second check-up in the 16th week of pregnancy, the third check-up in the 20th week of pregnancy, and then every four months. Starting from the 34th week of pregnancy, you need to go for a check-up every week or two, and the last check-up is in the 40th week of pregnancy, which is the last week of delivery.

2. Note that in the later stages of pregnancy, you should avoid going to crowded areas to avoid being bumped or squeezed.

3. If a pregnant mother suffers from high blood pressure, if any problems occur, she should go to the hospital for a physical examination and receive treatment as soon as possible.

4. If you experience any discomfort, such as severe abdominal pain, go to the hospital immediately.

1. Signs of placental abruption

1. Mild placental abruption

The early signs of placental abruption are mainly vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, but there is no vaginal bleeding in some cases. In clinical medicine, there are two main types of placental abruption: mild and severe. Mild placental abruption is mainly characterized by external bleeding. The placental separation is not serious and is unlikely to exceed 1/3 of the embryo. It mainly occurs during delivery. The patient has a lot of vaginal bleeding, the blood is dark red, often accompanied by mild abdominal pain, and the symptoms of anemia are not obvious. If it occurs during labor, the delivery process will be accelerated. Examination of the abdomen revealed that the uterus was relatively soft, with intermittent uterine contractions, a clear fetal position, and a normal fetal heart rate.

2. Severe placental abruption

Super severe placental abruption is characterized by capillary rupture, placental detachment area exceeding 1/3, and the presence of a relatively large abscess. The patient will suddenly experience persistent abdominal pain, back pain, low back pain and other symptoms. The more blood accumulates, the more severe the pain will be. The patient will continue to experience nausea, vomiting, sweating, and pale complexion. The patient had severe anemia symptoms, with significant tenderness on abdominal examination, a hard uterus, and significant embryo adhesion.
