3. Don’t squeeze pimples with your hands

Don't touch or squeeze pimples with your hands, otherwise the pimples will be exposed to bacteria and may leave gray marks on your face. It is also best not to touch your face with your hands to reduce the chance of contact with bacteria.

4. Drink more water

Proper hydration is good for the skin and acne treatment. Drink a glass of warm water every morning. Don't forget to drink water at work, as you sit still for a long time. Don't drink beverages all the time, it's best to drink more boiled water.

5. Get enough sleep

Staying up late often will cause acne. I have experienced this very well. It’s too sad to talk about it anymore. Go to bed early and get up early, stay healthy and help get rid of acne.
