The third session (3rd day after surgery) Forearm exercise: flexion and extension of the forearm up and down.

Session 5 (7th day after surgery) Elbow holding exercise: Hold the elbow of the affected hand with the healthy hand and lift it to the chest.

Session 6 (9th day after surgery) Shoulder relaxation exercise: rotate the shoulder forward and backward.

Section 7 (10th day after surgery) Upper arm exercise: Raise the upper arm as far as possible and make it parallel to the ground.

Session 8 (11th day after surgery) Neck exercise: Put your hands on your hips and rotate your head and neck forward, backward, left, right and in both directions.

The ninth session (12th day after surgery) Body rotation exercise: rotate the upper body left and right, and swing the arms back and forth.

Session 10 (14th day after surgery) Shoulder lifting exercise: Hold the affected wrist with the healthy side in front of the abdomen, lift it up to the chest and bend it flat, then stretch it forward as far as possible.
