Many women experience vaginal loosening after giving birth. This is mainly because the baby's head squeezes the vagina during childbirth, causing the vaginal wall to loosen and not as elastic as before. So what should you do if your vagina becomes dry after giving birth? It is recommended that female friends can do some appropriate exercises, which can improve the symptoms of vaginal dryness after giving birth.

Postpartum vaginal relaxation is not uncommon among women. In mild cases, the vagina will lose its ability to "grip" the penis due to looseness, reducing the sexual pleasure of both couples. In severe cases, the supporting tissue of the vaginal wall loses its supporting function for the bladder, urethra and even rectum, causing them to bulge toward the front and back walls of the vagina, resulting in urinary incontinence or difficulty defecating.

First of all, it is necessary to ensure necessary nutritional support and actively carry out restorative exercises for the pelvic muscles after delivery. Many women are afraid of postpartum obesity and restrict their diet too much, not realizing that if muscles lack the necessary nutrition, they will become very thin and will not play the supporting role they should.

Appropriate exercise should be carried out as soon as possible after delivery. Women who give birth naturally through vaginal delivery should get up and move around a little within 6-12 hours after delivery, including sitting on the edge of the bed and walking with the help of the bed. Starting from the second day after delivery, they can walk around the room freely and do postpartum health exercises. Women who undergo episiotomy or cesarean delivery can postpone delivery until three days after delivery, and then get up and move around a little. They should also do postpartum health exercises when the wound is no longer painful after the stitches are removed.

When women experience vaginal dryness after giving birth, they must not feel inferior. This is a normal situation. They can do daily exercise to improve the situation. Male friends should also encourage their wives so that they can build up confidence. They can do some exercise on the third day after delivery.
