What causes pain in both nipples?

In daily life, women also have many cases of breast pain, especially those who have entered puberty or have already passed puberty. In most cases of nipple pain, the pain will disappear if the cause is treated. Anyone experiencing persistent, unresolved symptoms should see a doctor for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

1. What is the cause of pain in both nipples?

1. Nipple pain caused by menstruation: This type of pain is significantly related to the menstrual period. Generally, breast pain occurs two or three days before menstruation due to increased blood supply, and gradually subsides after menstruation. Because of the obvious correlation between the menstrual periods, it is generally not easy to confuse the defendant.

2. Inappropriate bras cause nipple pain: An inappropriate bra can easily cause pressure. When women wear it uncomfortably, the body will also have a certain reaction, that is, nipple pain. However, this condition can be alleviated after changing the bra.

3. Nipple pain caused by large breasts in women: The breasts are too large and hang down, causing discomfort.

4. Breast trauma causes nipple pain: If women do not take good care of their breasts, it is easy to cause nipple pain when they are traumatized.

5. Nipple pain caused by breast inflammation in women: Swelling, heat and pain caused by breast inflammation and infection. Mastitis is very easy to occur during breastfeeding. Appropriate treatment (such as antibiotics, appropriate massage) can quickly relieve the symptoms.

6. Nipple pain caused by breast cancer in women: Under normal circumstances, breast cancer itself rarely causes pain in patients, but if breast cancer becomes malignant and invades nearby tissues such as the skin or sternum, it can also cause breast pain in women.

2. What to do if you have pain in both nipples

1. Wear a firm bra. In addition to preventing breast sagging, the more important function of bras is to prevent the already compressed breast nerves from being further compressed and eliminate discomfort. Careful sisters will find that these runners wear firm bras for this health reason.

2. Massage your chest frequently. Gently massaging your chest can help redirect excess blood back into the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soapy water to the breast, and move your fingers along the surface of the breast in a circle about the size of a coin. Then push the breasts in and bounce them back up, which is a huge help in avoiding breast discomfort.

3. Apply castor oil to your chest. Castor oil contains a substance that can enhance the function of T11 reticulocytes. This type of reticulocyte can accelerate the recovery of various infections and relieve pain. The method is: drop castor oil on four layers of pure cotton cloth, let it be covered with castor oil, but not too wet to prevent dripping everywhere. Apply this cloth on the breast, cover with a plastic wrap, and then put in a hot pack. Adjust the heat pack to a level you can tolerate and leave it on for an hour.

4. Use hot compress. Heat is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that can relieve breast pain using methods such as heat bags, hot water bottles, or hot baths. If you use the cold and hot compress alternating method, the effect of eliminating breast discomfort will be better.

5. Change your diet structure. Choose a low-fat, high-fiber diet, and take fiber from cereals (whole-wheat bread), vegetables, fruits, and legumes. Eat more foods containing vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B2 group. This vitamin helps regulate the production of prostaglandin E. At the same time, you should try to avoid eating margarine.
