How to take leave until birth

Even after getting pregnant, some mothers still insist on going back to work. In the first few months of pregnancy, the abdomen is not very large, and the mother will not feel so tired, so she can go back to work. But some mothers are physically weak and cannot continue to work. So I would like to ask how can I take leave during pregnancy until the birth?

According to current laws and regulations, all female employees in our country are entitled to maternity leave pay during the period of their labor relationship. Article 7 of the "Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees" requires that female workers are entitled to 98 days of maternity leave. Most women start their maternity leave when they are about to give birth. However, some mothers’ situations are quite unique. Some people have very severe pregnancy reactions during pregnancy, and will continue to feel dizzy, nauseous and want to vomit when they are due. If it is due to physical reasons or there is a tendency of miscarriage, mothers in this situation need to take leave early. Generally, you need to go to the hospital to get a certificate, and then you can go on vacation at the company with this certificate.

If there is a spontaneous abortion, the mother may be advised to stay in bed and rest more. Some mothers have very weak physical constitutions. After walking for a while, they may feel very tired, and the baby in their belly will also be very unsafe. Mother should rest in bed more often. If you feel too bored staying at home, you can go out for a walk. You must walk slowly, and if you feel tired, you must sit down and rest for a while.

The duration of maternity leave is limited. If you rest early, it means that you will not have much time to rest after giving birth. If physical condition permits, it is recommended that mothers wait until they are about to give birth before starting maternity leave, which is more appropriate.

At present, in addition to early pregnancy test strips, there is also a test strip based on a similar principle - the ovulation test strip, also called PL. Although the basic principles of the two are similar, their main uses are different. Ovulation test strips are specially used to detect whether it is the ovulation period. Although ovulation test strips can detect early pregnancy reactions, the results are usually not so accurate.
