For oral administration, you can choose metronidazole tablets, 0.2 grams each time, 3 times a day, for 10 to 14 days; or tinidazole tablets, 2 grams each time, once a day, for 2 days.

Metronidazole is the first choice and is generally considered to have reliable therapeutic effects. The dosage is 0.2-0.4 grams orally each time, 2-3 times a day. If the dose is large or to avoid gastrointestinal reactions, vitamin B6 can be added and the course of treatment is 7 to 10 days.

Locally, vinegar and acidic solutions can be used to regularly flush the vagina, which can improve symptoms and help control the disease. You can also use metronidazole (Flagyl) suppository in the vagina, one every night for one week.
