It also treats the root cause by identifying the cause at other times, so that Qi and blood flow smoothly, menstrual blood flows smoothly, and the pain heals itself.

Treating dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis

Prescription: 9 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 7 grams of Angelica sinensis, 6 grams each of raw Pollen Typhae and Linderae umbellatae, 5 grams each of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Cyperus rotundus, White Peony Root and Peach Kernel, 3.5 grams of Ligusticum chuanxiong and 3 grams of cinnamon bark.

Usage: Grind the medicine into fine powder and take 10 grams each time 3 days before menstruation. Take once a day with brown sugar and stop taking after menstruation.

Efficacy: After taking 1-2 courses of treatment, the effectiveness is 100%. It is better to go to the hospital.
