How to treat polycystic ovary syndrome?

Some patients suffer from ovarian diseases, which seriously affect their physical health. In order to avoid infertility in female patients due to the deterioration of the disease, especially the problem of polycystic ovary syndrome, patients need to pay more attention to avoid danger. So how should polycystic ovary syndrome be treated? Well, let me introduce this issue to you below.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is manifested by obvious symptoms such as hirsutism and obesity. It is an easily detected disease. If you do not eat a lot but your weight continues to soar, and you have a lot of hair, which tends to be more masculine, and you have menstrual disorders, etc., you should be careful about whether you have polycystic ovary syndrome. The biggest manifestation of polycystic ovary syndrome is infertility.

1. Sequential estrogen-progesterone therapy: Mimic the normal menstrual cycle and perform cyclical replacement therapy to control excessive secretion of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland and promote the recovery of normal regulatory function.

2. Estrogen-progesterone combination: It can be used for those who do not desire to have children and do not have obvious hirsutism.

3. Surgical treatment: used for patients who do not respond well to hormone treatment. Bilateral ovarian wedge resection was performed by laparotomy or laparoscopy. Surgical removal of 1/3 of the ovarian tissue can reduce pressure, improve local circulation, eliminate interstitial edema, and drain the cystic fluid after the cyst cavity is removed, which will reduce the levels of estrogen and androgen in the blood, thereby increasing the secretion of gonadotropin and allowing the follicles to mature. Because the release stimulated by negative feedback reaches a peak before ovulation, ovulation occurs. Ovarian wedge resection can also be performed laparoscopically, which results in smaller wounds, quicker recovery, and less adhesion.

Women suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome should not be too discouraged. They should believe that the disease can be cured and their healthy fertility can be restored. But you must choose a regular hospital for treatment.

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the child has the above-mentioned diseases, the patient needs to pay attention to take the above-mentioned methods in time to ensure the health of the body and avoid dangerous situations in the child's body due to the above-mentioned problems. Finally, I wish the patient a speedy recovery.
