3) Exercise appropriately, choose suitable gymnastics or swimming for pregnant women, and exercise according to personal circumstances. It can enhance physical strength.

4) Do not sleep on a bed that is too soft, as it can easily cause your waist to sag, causing or aggravating low back pain.

5) Do not stand up or sit down too quickly, and it is best to have something to hold on to.

6) Choose comfortable shoes, avoid high heels, and keep the heels around 3 to 4 cm.

7) You can eat some foods that can relieve back pain in pregnant women: such as foods rich in protein, calcium, B vitamins, vitamins C and D.
