Melaninous lesions: Juvenile cyanoma is benign and appears as purple-red bean-sized nodules with evenly distributed pigment, smooth edges, no hair, local skin thinning, and no melanin in biopsy. Pigmented basal cell carcinoma. Scalp fibroma grows slowly, often has uniform pigmentation on the surface, clear boundaries, the tumor is often hard and tightly adheres to the epidermis. Solar lentigo is more common in the elderly. It is found in areas exposed to sunlight with uniform pigmentation and neat edges. Certain vascular diseases, such as scalp hemangioma, embolic capillary aneurysm, etc.

Non-pigmented lesions: Similar to amelanotic melanoma, such as purulent granuloma, with a history of local inflammation, differentiation is not difficult.

What is melanoma?

Different types of melanoma have different causes and genetic backgrounds. The current clinical histological classification of melanoma adopts Clark's classification, which includes four types: lentigo maligna melanoma (LMM); superficial spreading melanoma; acral lentigo melanoma/mucosal melanoma; and nodular melanoma (NM). Among Caucasians with malignant melanoma, approximately 70% are SSM. However, among all Asians with malignant melanoma, ALM occurs in areas with less sun exposure, accounting for 72%.

Early non-metastatic lesions should be surgically removed, and the extent of removal of normal skin around the lesions should be determined based on the Breslow depth. If it is a malignant melanoma of the fingers (toes), finger (toe) amputation can be used. Involved lymph nodes should be removed, but prophylactic lymph node resection remains controversial.

Melanoma remedies

Folk remedy 2: 100 grams each of chrysanthemum, seaweed, trillium, zedoaria, codonopsis, astragalus, honeysuckle, sophora flavescens, trillium, smilax china, and coptis chinensis, 75 grams each of fleabane and iris seed, 50 grams each of processed strychnos nux vomica and processed centipede, 25 grams of lithospermum officinale, and 15 grams of cooked rhubarb.

Grind all the medicines into fine powder, use 100 grams of purple quartz, calcine it red and put it in 2000 grams of yellow vinegar water. After cooling, filter it and make pills with this vinegar. As big as sycamore seeds, take 25-30 pills three times a day with warm water one hour after meals. Avoid irritating foods.
