Reasons why women can't hold their urine

Many female friends will find that they can't hold their urine after having sex. Some friends will also find that they can't hold their urine after giving birth. This is caused by damage to their urethra. Many female friends have this symptom because their urethra is over-stimulated. Let me introduce it to you below.

The most common urinary incontinence in women includes stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence and stress urge mixed urinary incontinence. Stress urinary incontinence is also called tension urinary incontinence, which refers to the sudden increase in abdominal pressure such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, standing up, etc.

Urine flows out involuntarily without control. This is the most common type of urinary incontinence among women. Women of all ages may suffer from it, especially women who have given birth, have a history of dystocia, or suffer from uterine prolapse, bladder and urethral prolapse. After menopause, women become thinner due to lack of estrogen, which reduces the resistance of passing through the urethra and makes urinary incontinence more common.

,

For some middle-aged and elderly female patients with urinary incontinence, estrogen drugs also have a certain effect and can be used as an auxiliary means of biofeedback treatment. However, the drugs have some side effects, so they must be used under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used for a long time. Doctors will only recommend surgical treatment for patients with severe urinary incontinence when pelvic floor training, drugs and other methods are ineffective.

If a woman has trouble holding her urine, don't worry or be nervous. She should go to the hospital for a gynecological examination. Many times, women cannot hold their urine because of gynecological diseases. Don't ignore this examination.
