What is simple endometrial hyperplasia?

The thickness of a normal female endometrium is not fixed. It will change with the entire physiological cycle of a woman. However, only when the thickness of the endometrium is 8-12MM during ovulation can the fertilized egg implant and the woman can become pregnant. If the endometrium is too thick during ovulation, it cannot implant normally. This is the so-called endometrial hyperplasia. There are different types of endometrial hyperplasia. This article will analyze simple endometrial hyperplasia for you.

Simple endometrial hyperplasia is a pathological manifestation of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and must be treated promptly, otherwise it will cause the endometrium to transform into other pathological conditions. The menstrual cycle can be adjusted by artificial cycle method. The plan should depend on your specific situation. Generally, short-acting contraceptives are used, one pill a day on the fifth day of menstruation, for 22 days before stopping. After stopping the pills, regardless of whether you have your period or not, you should start taking the second cycle on the fifth day, also one pill a day for 22 days. A total of three cycles of medication will improve dysfunctional uterine bleeding. If you have menstrual disorders, you can take the medicine now, stop after 22 days, and take the second course of treatment five days after stopping.

Endometrial hyperplasia refers to a group of proliferative lesions that occur in the endometrium, mainly in women of childbearing age. The disease is related to the patient's uterus being continuously stimulated by estrogen in the body. For example: due to the absence of ovulation, the endometrium is in a state of hyperplasia for a long time and lacks periodic secretory phase transformation; the body is stimulated by high levels of estrogen from endogenous sources (such as endocrine functional tumors in the ovaries or pituitary glands) or exogenous sources (such as estrogen replacement therapy), etc., causing excessive endometrial hyperplasia.

After understanding simple endometrial hyperplasia, I would like to remind all female friends that if you want to completely get rid of simple endometrial hyperplasia, you must first clarify the cause of your disease. Only by finding out what causes it can you carry out targeted treatment. Only in this way can you get rid of simple endometrial hyperplasia as soon as possible and get pregnant. I hope that all patients and friends can understand this clearly.
