In the same way, use buried guide suture needle to suture and suspend the mammary gland at 11, 1, 10, and 2 o'clock until the breast ptosis is corrected.

4. Suture the incision: Use 6-0 absorbable sutures to interrupt the subcutaneous tissue and 3-0 silk sutures to interrupt the skin.

5. Place a drainage strip and apply conventional bandage.
