Treatment for vaginal viral infections

Treatment for vaginal viral infections

Women who pay attention to hygiene rarely have problems of this or that kind. But sometimes there are exceptions. Some very clean women may have one problem or another. But having a good living habit, or even a good eating habit, can really reduce the occurrence of one infection or another. Because once there is an infection or other disease, it will spread step by step, aggravating the condition and sometimes causing ulceration and pus. These are really no joke. You must pay attention to them in your daily life. Protecting your private parts is protecting your own safety and health.

1. Acyclovir (ACV): is currently recognized as the drug of choice. The method of use should be tailored to the different situations of GH.

(1) Initial GH: Oral administration of ACV 200 mg, 5 times a day for 7 consecutive days; or intravenous drip of ACV 5 ml, 3 times a day for 5 to 7 consecutive days.

(2) Recurrent GH: Take ACV 200 mg orally, 5 times a day; or lie down at 800 m twice a day for 5 consecutive days. If treatment is started at the onset of symptoms, some patients may not experience typical symptoms. When relapses are frequent, ACV 200 mg can be taken orally, 3 times a day, for 6 to 12 months.

(3) Immunosuppressed patients: For HIV-infected patients, GH should be taken orally at a dose of 400 mg 3 to 5 times a day. If the condition is serious, 400 mg/kg each time, intravenous drip, every 8hl, until recovery.

(4) Herpetic prurigo: Take ACV 200 mg orally, 5 times a day, for 7 to 10 days.

(5) HSV proctitis: Oral administration of ACV 400 mg, 5 times a day, can shorten the course of the disease. Patients with impaired immunity or severe illness can receive intravenous drip of ACV 5 mg/(kg·8h).

(6) Neonatal HSV: intravenous drip of ACV 30 mg/(kg·d) or adenine 30 mg/(kg·d) is usually used for 10-14 days.

2. Interferon (IFN)

Primary GH: intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, 1 million U to 3 million U for adults, 50,000 U/(kg·d) for children, 1 week to 2 weeks.

Recurrent GH: intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, 3 million U-6 million U for adults, 100,000 U/(kg"

(ii) Local therapy: The principle is to dry, astringe and protect the affected area to prevent secondary infection. You can wash externally with pH 4 weakly acidic feminine care liquid, or Jiaoyan vaginal cleansing liquid, zinc oxide ointment or mud paste, Lithospermum officinale ointment, 0.5% neomycin ointment, or 0.25%~0.1% Herpes Net (IDU) ointment, Jiaoyan disinfectant gel, etc.

【Notes】

1. During the treatment period, avoid spicy food and drinking alcohol;

2. Pay attention to rest and avoid fatigue and stretching of the affected area;

3. Refrain from sexual intercourse to avoid genital congestion, which may aggravate the condition or infect others;

4. Do not use if the affected area is ulcerated, pus-filled, or discolored;

5. After recovery, use Jiaoyan pH4 weak acid female care liquid for daily private part care. You also need to continue to avoid spicy food and alcohol for three months. After three months, limit their consumption within six months, and you can eat normally after six months. Patients with genital herpes need to continue to abstain from sexual intercourse for three months after recovery. After three months, they can limit sexual intercourse within six months. After six months, they can have a normal sexual life and conceive and give birth normally.

These are some of the ways to prevent infection, as well as some ways to treat it if you get infected. All of them can be adopted, and good living habits and healthy diet are very important. When you have nothing to do, you can exercise more to enhance your resistance, which is also good.
