Li Shizhen wrote in Compendium of Materia Medica that "after women eat pangolins and Panax notoginseng, their milk will flow continuously, which also means that the effect is rapid." Chicken is rich in nutrients, sweet, warm and mild in nature, and can replenish both qi and blood.

3. Ingredients for peanut porridge: 30 grams of peanuts, 8 grams of tongcao, 12 grams of fenugreek, 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Preparation method: First boil the tongcao and fenugreek, remove the residue and keep the juice. Then put the medicinal juice, peanuts and glutinous rice into the pot, add water and boil. After the peanuts and rice are cooked, add brown sugar and it is ready to eat.

After giving birth, mothers will experience greater mood swings due to physiological and environmental factors, and often become depressed, which will restrict the secretion of breast milk. Medical experiments have shown that when a mother is depressed, her milk secretion will decrease sharply. Just replenish water moderately so that the milk supply will be both sufficient and nutritious. It is difficult for mothers who are eager to lose weight in order to regain their figure to maintain their milk supply. It is recommended that breastfeeding mothers wait until the breastfeeding period is over before controlling their diet to lose weight. In fact, breastfeeding already consumes a lot of calories.
