Several common treatments for eczema in women

Female eczema not only harms women's health, but also affects women's mental health, and at the same time brings health hazards to their families. In today's fast-paced society, women are under great pressure in life. Skin diseases can be caused by a variety of reasons, so women don’t need to worry. Let’s take a look at some common treatments for female eczema.

Eczema is an intensely itchy skin inflammation caused by many factors. The main internal causes include mental stress, mood changes, metabolic disorders, endocrine disorders, excessive fatigue, etc.; the main external causes include food, climate changes and changes in living environment, etc.

Several common treatments for eczema in women are as follows:

1. Find and avoid various suspected pathogenic factors

First of all, we need to find the cause of the disease. For example, eating irritating food during menstruation, people who are allergic to fish and shrimp still eating fish and shrimp, and being in a bad mood every day may all cause the onset of eczema in women.

2. Oral medication therapy

1) In the acute phase, calcium supplements, sodium thiosulfate, vitamin C, etc., or procaine intravenous blockade therapy can be used.

2) Antihistamines: such as ketotifen, cyproheptadine, hydroxyzine, diphenhydramine and other second-generation antihistamines with less sedative effects.

3) Immunosuppressants: For patients with severe conditions and those that cannot be controlled by general treatment, consideration may be given to the use of tripterygium wilfordii preparations, azathioprine, etc.

3. Topical medication

Select appropriate dosage forms and drugs according to the morphological characteristics of skin lesions. In the acute stage, when redness and swelling are obvious and there is a lot of exudation, you can choose a solution for cold wet compress. When the exudation decreases and blisters and erosions appear, zinc oxide oil or corticosteroid cream can be used. In the subacute stage, when erythema and papules appear, lotions, emulsions, and pastes can be used. In the chronic stage, ointments, plasters, and film-coatings can be used.

There are many ways to treat female eczema. It is recommended that women keep their skin clean in daily life, avoid excessive fatigue, and abstain from spicy, alcoholic and other irritating foods. This can effectively treat and prevent the recurrence of eczema. The method introduced above is very practical and has few side effects, and plays a good role in the patient's recovery.
