It may be caused by some gynecological diseases or artificial abortion, or it may be due to sulking, being hit too hard by something, resulting in depression, which can easily lead to a small amount of menstrual flow in women.

Women with light menstrual flow should not eat raw or cold food in the week before their period. During their period, it is best to drink a cup of brown sugar water every day, which can effectively relieve menstrual pain and regulate anemia during menstruation.

It is best for women not to put too much pressure on themselves during their menstrual period, and not to lie in bed all the time. They can rest but also get up and walk around appropriately to maintain a good mood. During menstruation, they should not use cold water for bathing, it is best to use warm water.

During menstruation, you should pay more attention to keeping warm, avoid eating raw, cold or irritating foods, pay attention to rest, reduce fatigue, strengthen nutrition, try not to do strenuous exercise, avoid mental stimulation, and absolutely prohibit sexual intercourse during menstruation to avoid gynecological diseases.

Everyone must pay attention when they have their period, especially in terms of diet. Do not eat cold food, and also do not eat spicy food. Excessive exercise is also not allowed. Don’t do too much exercise, otherwise you will feel uncomfortable. If you often have menstrual pain, you can drink more boiled water or brown sugar water, both of which can relieve the pain. Or you can take some measures when your period is about to come to relieve menstrual pain.
