Morel Chicken Stew

Ingredients: 1 young chicken, morels, ginger, onions, red dates, wolfberries, salt, and water.

practice:

1. Wash the young chicken and remove the chicken feet and butt. Slice the ginger. The green onions are tied into knots;

2. Pour the scallion, ginger and chicken into clean water and bring to a boil. Wash the morels several times with cool water;

3. After cleaning, soak it in warm water. After soaking it, remove the root part because it contains a lot of sand. Rinse several times, drain and set aside;

4. Soak the dates and wolfberries in warm water until softened. At this time, the pot is about to boil, and the blood foam floating on the surface should be skimmed off;

5. Skim off the blood foam and wait for the pot to boil, then put the morels, dates and wolfberries into the pot. After stewing for 1 hour and 30 minutes, add a little salt.
