There is a saying in the West that goes "You are what you eat."

This shows how important eating is. Here we would like to remind everyone that foods that are good for your health can be consumed in moderation. To make it easier to remember, we call them the four high foods: high in water, high in fiber, high in vitamins (A, E, C, B5, B6) and high in antioxidants - fruits, vegetables, and melons.

In your daily diet, you can consume more fish and marine plants, soy products, dairy products (preferably defatted, enzyme-added, and fermented), various nuts, seeds, jellies, whole grains, etc. On the contrary, there are several foods that you should eat as little as possible.

They are carbohydrates (refined flour and rice); fatty meat (animal oil); fried foods; smoked, pickled, and soaked foods; salt; sugar; coffee or various carbonated beverages; alcohol; foods containing various food additives (including flavors, food coloring, preservatives, etc.).

Finally, remember to use various medications with caution to avoid inadvertently damaging liver and kidney functions.

Sleeping is the best time for people to repair various injuries to the body. Lack of sleep directly affects cardiovascular function, and can also cause hormone secretion and digestive system dysfunction, leading to a decrease in appetite. The reaction on the skin is a decrease in elasticity and radiance.

To get a more ideal sleep, be careful not to eat two hours before going to bed (you can drink water), especially avoid eating foods high in fiber, because the intense gastric activity will stimulate the cerebral cortex and make it difficult to fall asleep; do not do strenuous exercise one hour before going to bed; do not watch overly sad novels, movies or TV half an hour before going to bed; develop a good habit of soaking your feet or taking a bath in hot water; one hour before going to bed, close all the worries and troubles of the day like closing a window; put away the items you need to take to work or go to work the next day.

Keep the bedroom quiet

The bed should be comfortable (not too soft or too hard); the pillow should not be too high; the indoor air should be fresh; the temperature should be around 25℃, with a certain humidity (a humidifier can be used in the dry northern areas). Pajamas should be few, thin and soft, and you should not wear a bra or tight clothing. Develop the habit of going to bed on time, try not to go to bed later than 12 o'clock at night, and ensure 8 hours of sleep; if you lack sleep, you should make up for it in time.

Why do people who love sports look younger? Because a large amount of blood circulation can ensure adequate supply of nutrients to various organs of the body (hair, face, hands, feet).

When a person is not exercising, the body is in a state of duty, with only 1/3 of the peripheral blood vessels open. Exercise makes the heart strong and prevents it from hardening, and provides adequate nutrition to the internal organs. Exercise can also stimulate the cerebral cortex and increase hormone levels throughout the body. At the same time, sweating helps excrete waste, purifies the skin, and makes the muscles more tense and look more substantial. The gastrointestinal tract absorbs nutrients, strengthens the gastrointestinal tract's detoxification function, and enables the body to enter a virtuous cycle.

What kind of exercise is the best? In fact, the best one is the one that suits you. Slow, rhythmic and enjoyable exercises are all good. Those that you find difficult and reluctant to do are definitely not suitable for you.
