The 5 triangles that women need to take care of most

The word "triangle area" often easily reminds people of danger and death. A woman's body also has multiple dangerous triangle areas, where multiple nerves, blood vessels or organs are concentrated. These are important functional areas of the human body and are also the five parts that women need to pay most attention to in anti-aging. We must be careful to protect them.

NO1: Acne-prone facial triangle

Danger zone: This triangular area is formed by the root of the nose and the two corners of the mouth. There are 6 veins in the head and face that can lead to the skull. They have branches and communicate with each other, forming a dense vascular network. This area is rich in blood vessels, with adequate nutrient supply and timely removal of waste and toxins, so the facial skin is the most sensitive and active, and problems throughout the body tend to be concentrated here.

Danger formation: The facial vein is the only vein without a valve, and venous blood flows continuously to the "waste disposal station" carrying waste. However, due to the special structure of the facial veins, in addition to the normal downward flow to the neck veins, the blood also flows upward into the skull.

Safety warning: If you have acne on your face, do not squeeze it with your hands, otherwise the bacteria and dust on your hands or the skin around the acne will easily enter the blood and flow along the venous network, which is most likely to cause infection of organs such as the eyes and nose. In severe cases, it can also cause intracranial infection and endanger life.

NO2: Occipital triangle that causes headaches

Danger zone: The occipital triangle refers to the area under the occipital bone, including the first and second cervical vertebrae at the back of the neck. The most complex joint in the human body is located here: the occipital-first cervical vertebra-second cervical vertebra joint. The left and right rotation of the head, nodding and shaking of the head are mainly completed by these joints. The normal cervical spine is slightly convex forward, with the nerve artery passing through the middle. This curvature can easily increase the elasticity of the cervical spine and reduce head vibration.

Danger formation: If you maintain a bad posture for a long time, the lordosis of the neck will gradually become straight, or turn into kyphosis, which will compress the normally working nerves and blood vessels. It will not only easily cause migraines, cerebral strokes and other diseases, but also cause cervical angina pectoris.

Safety warning: Avoid sleeping with your pillow high. Using a high pillow causes the head to flex forward, increasing the pressure on the cervical spine, which can easily accelerate cervical spine diseases; pay attention to keeping the neck and shoulders warm, as wind and cold air are most likely to damage the muscles and bones. If the neck is exposed to cold wind for a long time in an air-conditioned environment, stiffness and pain are likely to occur. In addition, you should always correct the posture of your head, neck, shoulders and back, and do not often tilt your head and shrug your shoulders. After maintaining the same posture for 1 hour, you should pay attention to relaxing the muscles of your shoulders and neck, and do some flexion, extension, and rotation exercises of your head and upper limbs to enhance the ability of the neck and shoulder muscles to cope with sudden changes.

NO3: The shoulder triangle that is prone to injury

Danger zone: The shoulder triangle is equivalent to the position of the deltoid muscle between the upper arm joints. The muscles in this area are thick. The deltoid muscle wraps around the shoulder joint from the front, outside, and back. The axillary nerve is distributed in it, controlling the contraction and relaxation of the deltoid muscle. The other joints in the body can only perform two movements: flexion and extension, but the shoulder joint, due to its special ball and socket structure, can move in five directions.

Danger formation: Since the shoulder joint structure is relatively loose, if the movement is improper, it is easy to damage the shoulder soft tissue due to instantaneous muscle strain; in addition, since the shoulder joint is often used in various upper body movements, the soft tissue around the joint will be rubbed and squeezed, which is prone to chronic strain or soft tissue inflammation.

Safety warning: Warm up thoroughly before exercise to fully stretch your muscles and ligaments; the amount of exercise should be moderate, and each joint should be kept slightly bent during exercise to avoid excessive movements and to avoid damaging the joints due to resistance.

NO4: Female reproductive triangle

Danger zone: The genital triangle is composed of the deep transverse perineal muscle, the membranous urethral sphincter, and three layers of fascia below. This triangular area includes all of the female reproductive organs. The estrogen secreted by these organs allows women to maintain their unique menstruation, body shape, skin and body sensations.

Danger formation: Since the female vagina is an open organ, bacteria can enter directly if you are not careful. Because of the dark and humid environment of this area, it is particularly suitable for the growth of bacteria. When inflammation occurs, the abundant blood vessels in the area allow bacteria to spread upwards.

Safety warning: Since this area is close to the anus, has many skin wrinkles and abundant sweat glands, it is most important to keep it clean and protected. Especially during menstruation, sanitary napkins must be changed frequently to prevent blood stains from becoming a breeding ground for bacteria; hands must be washed before going to the toilet to prevent bacteria from invading.

NO5: Holding urine can easily damage the bladder triangle

Danger zone: This area is formed by the line connecting the two ureteral openings and the urethral opening. This is where the residual urine in the body is stored. The urinary system is one of the main ways for the body to detoxify. Therefore, the bottom of the bladder is the area where the most toxins and waste accumulate.

Dangerous formation: The mucosa at the bladder triangle is only a very thin layer of tissue, and the submucosal tissue lacks abundant blood vessels. Therefore, the blood supply is not sufficient and the self-protection ability is relatively poor. Most of the bladder diseases, such as cystitis, bladder tuberculosis and nephritis, occur here. In addition, although urine is generally sterile, it is easy to breed bacteria. If you hold your urine frequently, the bladder's contraction ability will weaken, and the urine will not be completely emptied from the bladder, which will promote the formation of bacteria and cause inflammation. The bladder and kidneys are closely connected, so the kidneys can be easily damaged.

Safety warning: Drink plenty of water, at least 1000 to 2000 ml per day, and make sure to empty your bladder regularly to avoid bacterial growth; keep the urethral opening clean and dry; eat more foods containing vitamin E. In addition, studies have found that smoking can increase the risk of bladder cancer by 3 times. Therefore, quitting smoking is also important.
