Nowadays, many female friends have bad living habits. Coupled with abortions, they are prone to gynecological inflammation. No matter what kind of gynecological inflammation it is, it will have a certain impact on the lives of female friends. So what are gynecological inflammations? Nowadays, women are more likely to contract gynecological diseases. We all know that many women have had abortions, which is the biggest cause of gynecological inflammation. We should prevent the occurrence of gynecological inflammation in time. So what are the gynecological inflammations? There are many types of gynecological inflammation due to different locations of occurrence and different symptoms. Gynecological inflammation mainly refers to inflammation of the female reproductive organs, including female vulvitis, vaginitis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. caused by various reasons.
1. Vaginitis: Common types of vaginitis in gynecological diseases are: Trichomonas, fungal, gonococcal and other vaginitis. The common main symptoms are vulvar and vaginal itching, some local erosion, accompanied by burning pain, urinary pain, frequent urination, increased vaginal discharge, redness and swelling and other symptoms. 2. Pelvic inflammatory disease: The main symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease include lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge or continuous bleeding, which can cause symptoms such as lower abdominal pain and back pain. The main symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are general fatigue, lack of energy, and stomach discomfort, which are especially severe during menstruation and after sexual intercourse. This causes many women's fallopian tubes to become inflamed, adhered, blocked or semi-blocked, leading to infertility. 3. Urethritis: Urethritis is a common disease, more common in women. The most common pathogens are Escherichia coli, Streptococcus and Staphylococcus. It is divided into acute urethritis and chronic urethritis. In most cases, urinary tract irritation symptoms are obvious, with or without sterile urine. The causes of urethritis include obstruction of the urethral opening or urethra, infection of the urethra and surrounding glands, and urethral injury due to instrumental examination, sexual intercourse or trauma.
4. Cervicitis: It is a common disease among women of childbearing age and comes in two forms: acute and chronic. Acute cervicitis often coexists with acute endometritis or acute vaginitis, but chronic cervicitis is more common. The main manifestation is increased leucorrhea, which is thick mucus or purulent mucus, sometimes accompanied by or mixed with blood. Long-term chronic mechanical stimulation is the main cause of cervicitis. 5. Endometritis: When bacteria invade the endometrium and cause it to become inflamed, it is called endometritis, which can be divided into acute endometritis and chronic endometritis. Postpartum and postabortion infection is the most common cause of endometritis and also the most serious type. Endometritis may occur during intrauterine operations such as placement of contraceptive devices. Common bacteria that cause endometritis include Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc. 6. Vulvitis: Vulvitis is an inflammatory lesion of the skin or mucous membrane of the female external reproductive organs (including the tissue from the pubic symphysis to the perineum and between the inner sides of the thighs), such as redness, swelling, pain, itching, erosion, etc. There are two types of vulvitis: specific and nonspecific infection. Specific infections include fungal and Trichomonas infections; non-specific infections include Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Streptococcus infections.
7. Adnexitis: Adnexitis refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. Fallopian tube and oophoritis are often accompanied by parametrial connective tissue inflammation and pelvic peritonitis, and it is difficult to distinguish them during diagnosis. Pelvic peritonitis and parametrial connective tissue inflammation are also classified as adnexitis. Among adnexitis, salpingitis is the most common. Salpingitis, oophoritis, and pelvic peritonitis generally coexist and influence each other. 8. Abnormal leucorrhea: If the amount of vaginal discharge increases significantly, and the color, properties, and taste change, it is considered pathological and is called abnormal vaginal discharge or leucorrhea. This disease is mostly caused by vaginal inflammation, cervical or uterine body lesions, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc., and is a special type of gynecological disease. What are gynecological inflammations? Everyone should know these common gynecological inflammations. You should also be troubled by these diseases in your life. Everyone should know how you get gynecological diseases. You should take precautions in your daily life, especially pay attention to the hygiene of the private parts.
