1. Sleeping on your stomach

Typical errors:

In summer, I particularly like low-waist jeans, but I never wear clothes like suspenders. What if I lower my head and people find out that I am wearing fake clothes underneath? 2. Wearing a bra is not appropriate

Avoid wearing an inappropriate bra or not wearing a bra at all. Choosing the right bra is a necessary measure to protect your breasts and should not be taken lightly. To choose a bra with the right size, you should do the following 3 things:

① The bra should not feel oppressive when worn, that is, the bra should not be too small. You should choose a model that can cover all the outer edges of the breasts. ② The shoulder straps of the bra should not be too loose or too tight, and the material should be elastic that can be slightly stretched. ③ The distance between the protruding parts of the bra should be moderate, not too far or too close. In addition, the best material for bras is pure cotton, and chemical fiber fabrics should not be used.

Some young girls often do not wear bras, thinking that their breasts have not yet grown and therefore they do not need to wear bras. In fact, you are wrong. If you do not wear a bra for a long time, not only will your breasts be prone to sagging, but they will also be easily damaged by external factors. As long as the bra is worn properly, it will not affect the development of the breasts and will be beneficial rather than harmful.


3. Strong extrusion

Pay special attention to this point. There are two major disadvantages when the breasts are squeezed by external force: first, the soft tissue inside the breast is easily bruised, or it may cause internal hyperplasia. Secondly, after being squeezed by external force, the external shape is more likely to change, causing the upturned breasts to collapse and sag.



4. Improper bathing

Avoid using too cold or too hot bath water to stimulate the breasts. The breasts are densely covered with microvessels, and stimulation from overheated or overcooled bath water is extremely harmful. If you choose to sit or bathe in a tub, you must not soak in overheated or overcooled water for a long time. Otherwise, the soft tissue of the breast will become loose and the skin will become dry. Avoid using hot water to irritate the breasts when taking a bath, and don't soak in hot water for a long time. Otherwise, it will burn the stratum corneum on the surface of the skin, making the skin drier and drier, and the soft tissue of the breast more and more loose. The water temperature for bathing should be around 27 degrees.

5. The nipple and areola are not clean

It is very important to keep women's breasts clean. Long-term uncleanliness may cause troubles such as inflammation or skin diseases. Therefore, the breasts must be cleaned frequently.

6. Excessive dieting

The inner tissue is mostly fat. The breasts need to have more fat in order to develop normally. Some young women, in their pursuit of slimness, go on diets recklessly, and even eat mainly vegetarian food every day. As a result, their breasts are not fully developed, and become dry and shapeless. Other maintenance measures are of no help. In order to prevent the breasts from becoming smaller and sagging during weight loss, you should eat high-protein foods and supplement with vitamins A, B, C, E, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, etc. to provide the breasts with sufficient nutrition and maintain a balanced hormone level, which can make the breasts full and firm.

7. Not exercising

Doing some breast enhancement exercises and light massage can make your breasts fuller, but be sure not to not exercise. Doing breast enhancement exercises is one of the measures to implement breast exercise, which is very important for women whose breast tissue is basically healthy. In fact, exercise itself cannot make the breasts bigger because there are no muscles in the breasts. The purpose of the exercise is to grow the pectoral muscles under the breasts. The increase in the pectoral muscles will make the breasts protrude and appear larger.

8. Long-term use of "breast enhancement cream"

Breast enlargement creams commonly used for breast health usually contain substances with high levels of estrogen. When applied to the skin, they can be slowly absorbed by the skin, making the breasts fuller and larger. There are generally no major disadvantages to short-term use. However, long-term use or abuse, and rotating use of different types of breast enhancement creams will bring about the following adverse consequences: ① It will cause menstrual irregularities and pigmentation; ② It will cause skin atrophy and thinning; ③ It will disrupt the liver enzyme system, reduce bile acid synthesis, and easily form cholesterol stones. Therefore, breast enhancement cream must be used with caution, especially avoid long-term use.


9. Girls use hormone drugs to enlarge their breasts

Girls are in a period of rapid growth and development, and their ovaries secrete a relatively large amount of estrogen. If estrogen drugs are used, although they can promote breast development, they also carry some extremely unfavorable risk factors. If the estrogen level in a woman's body remains too high, it may increase the likelihood of developing cancer in the breast, vagina, cervix, uterus, ovaries, etc. Commonly used estrogens include estradiol benzoate, ethinyl estradiol, etc. Abuse of these drugs can not only cause nausea, vomiting, and anorexia, but can also lead to uterine bleeding, uterine hypertrophy, menstrual disorders, and liver and kidney damage.
