12 signs that a woman has sufficient Qi and blood!

When it comes to qi and blood, most people think it is something very mysterious. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the standard of a person's health is sufficient Qi and blood. The organs of the human body are just like people. They will have energy to work only when they are full. And blood is the "food" of the organs. The following 12 symptoms indicate that a woman has sufficient qi and blood.

1. Look at the eyes

Looking at the eyes is actually looking at the color of the whites of the eyes. As the saying goes, "People grow old and their eyes turn yellow," it actually means that the color of the whites of the eyes becomes turbid, yellow, and bloodshot, which indicates that you are lacking in qi and blood. If you can open your eyes wide at any time, it means that your Qi and blood are sufficient. On the contrary, big eye bags, dry eyes, and heavy eyelids all indicate insufficient Qi and blood.

2. Look at the skin

Skin that is white with a hint of pink, shiny, elastic, without wrinkles or spots indicates sufficient Qi and blood. On the contrary, rough, dull, dark, yellow, white, blue, red, and spotted skin all indicate poor physical condition and insufficient Qi and blood.

3. Look at the hair

Black, thick and smooth hair indicates sufficient Qi and blood, while dry, falling, yellow, white and split hair are all signs of insufficient Qi and blood.

4. Look at the ears

Nowadays, people's physical fitness is getting worse and worse. If you don’t believe me, take a closer look. People’s ears are smaller nowadays, look increasingly stiffer, and their shapes appear somewhat deformed. It is rare to see children and young people with round, large and full ears. However, these big ears are very common among the elderly, which shows that the physical fitness of people in the past was obviously stronger than that of modern people.

For children, we look at the shape of the ears, while for adults, in addition to the shape, we mainly look at the acquired conditions, mainly the color, the presence of spots, and the pain. If the skin is light pink, shiny, spotless, wrinkle-free and full, it means that the Qi and blood are sufficient. Dullness and lack of luster indicate that the Qi and blood have declined. If the ears are shrunken, dull, spotted, and wrinkled, it means that the person's kidney function is beginning to fail, and you should pay attention.

5. Touch the temperature of your hands

If your hands are warm all year round, it means that you have sufficient Qi and blood. If your palms are hot or sweaty or your hands are cold, it means that you have insufficient Qi and blood.

6. Look at the pads of your fingers

Whether it is a child or an adult, if the finger pads are flat, weak or the fingertips are thin, it means that the Qi and blood are insufficient. If the finger pads are plump, the flesh is elastic, it means that the Qi and blood are sufficient.

7. Look at the blue veins

If you see blue veins on the index finger of an adult, it means that the digestive function was poor when he was a child, and this condition has continued into adulthood. People of this type have weak constitutions and lack of both Qi and blood. If you see blue veins on your little finger, it means your kidney energy is insufficient.

If there are many deep lines near the transverse wrist crease below the palm, it means that you had poor nutrition, weak constitution, and insufficient Qi and blood when you were a child. As adults, such women are prone to gynecological diseases, while men are prone to prostate hypertrophy, gout and other diseases.

8. Look at the half-moon on the nails

Under normal circumstances, the half-moon shape should be present on all fingers except the little finger. On the thumb, the half-moon should occupy 1/4 to 1/5 of the nail area, and on the other index finger, middle finger, and ring finger, it should not exceed 1/5.

If there are no half-moons on the fingers or only on the thumb, it means that the body has heavy coldness, poor circulation, and insufficient qi and blood, so that blood cannot reach the fingertips. If there are too many or too large half-moons, one is prone to hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure and other diseases.

9. Look at the vertical lines on your fingernails

It only appears on the hands of adults, not children. When adults see vertical lines on their fingernails, they must be vigilant, as this indicates that the body is deficient in qi and blood, and is overdrawn, which is a symbol of aging.

10. Check your gums

It's not obvious in children, but mainly in adults. Gum atrophy indicates insufficient Qi and blood. As long as you notice that the gaps between your teeth have become larger and food is getting stuck between your teeth more and more easily, you should pay attention, as your body is on the decline and aging is accelerating.

11. Watch your sleep

If an adult falls asleep quickly like a child, sleeps soundly, breathes evenly, and wakes up naturally, it means that his qi and blood are sufficient. However, those who have difficulty falling asleep, are easily startled and wake up easily, have frequent urination at night, breathe deeply, or snore are all suffering from blood deficiency.
