Why does my lower abdomen hurt after miscarriage?

Many female friends are prone to abdominal pain after abortion. In fact, there is no need to worry too much about such symptoms, because there are two symptoms that are prone to occur after abortion, one is vaginal bleeding, and the other is abdominal pain. Traditional Chinese medicine and other methods can be used to alleviate the abdominal pain after abortion.

Abdominal pain after abortion is sometimes normal and sometimes abnormal. Symptoms such as abdominal pain will appear after abortion. For some women, this symptom will disappear after a period of time, but for a few women, it may persist. At this time, you need to pay attention and go to the hospital for examination to determine whether the abortion was successful.

Generally speaking, the main symptoms after abortion are:

Abdominal pain: After the bleeding starts in the early stages of pregnancy, there is blood, especially blood clots, in the uterine cavity, which stimulates uterine contractions and causes persistent lower abdominal distension and pain. In late-stage miscarriage, there are first paroxysmal uterine contractions, followed by placental detachment, so there is abdominal pain before vaginal bleeding. Abdominal pain and bleeding are mostly idiopathic and are related to clinical history and progression.

Vaginal bleeding: In women who have a miscarriage within the first three months of pregnancy, the villi and decidua separate at the beginning, the blood sinuses open, and bleeding begins. When all the embryos in the test tube are expelled, the uterus contracts strongly, the blood sinuses close, and the bleeding stops. Therefore, the entire process of miscarriage in early pregnancy is accompanied by vaginal bleeding. In late-stage miscarriage, the embryo has already been produced and miscarriage is similar to premature and full-term births, with generally little bleeding.

Treatment of dysmenorrhea:

Laparoscopic removal of part of the uterine nerve:

For patients who are refractory to drug treatment, presacral nerve fiber removal can be used.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture:

Medicine and gynecology treat primary dysmenorrhea based on syndrome differentiation: for those with qi deficiency and blood stasis, give blood circulation and blood stasis removal, soothing the liver and regulating qi; for those with cold stagnation and blood stasis, give qi circulation and blood stasis removal; for those with both qi and blood deficiency, give Shiquan Dabu Decoction to invigorate qi and blood, clear liver fire and benefit the spleen. Acupuncture therapy, main acupoints: Qihai, Hegu, Sanyinjiao; auxiliary acupoints: Guanyuan, Jiegong, Zusanli. When menstrual pain occurs, first needle the main acupoints and give strong stimulation. If the pain persists, add the auxiliary acupoint Guanyuan. Generally, 2 to 3 times of needle treatment can relieve the pain.
