The diet should be light in taste, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and eat more fruits and vegetables, such as melon, bananas, apples, tomatoes, etc., which have the effect of moisturizing the intestines and promoting bowel movements. In summer, you should drink more salt water to avoid excessive sweat secretion.

2. Medication therapy. You can use saltpeter and pepper in a ratio of 10:1 and add boiling water to mix for fumigation. You can also insist on taking a warm water bath after defecation every day, and apply Jiuhua ointment, gallnut powder or coptis ointment externally.

3. Fitness exercise conditioning method. Moderate exercise can reduce venous pressure, improve the function of the cardiovascular system, eliminate constipation, and increase muscle strength. This is very effective in preventing hemorrhoids. Anal lifting exercise is the simplest and most effective way: release pressure on your whole body, tighten your buttocks and thighs, coordinate your breathing, lift your anus upwards, hold your breath for a moment, then breathe, and release pressure on your whole body.

How to prevent hemorrhoid bleeding during pregnancy

1. Reasonable diet: Pregnant women should be careful not to eat or eat less spicy food and condiments. At the same time, they should also develop the habit of drinking more water, preferably salt water or honey lemon water. Pregnant women with constipation and hemorrhoids should drink more water and eat more fruits and fresh vegetables. Especially vegetables, fruits and fresh fruits that contain dietary fiber. Try to avoid eating irritating foods such as chili peppers, pepper powder, ginger slices, garlic, and onions.

2. Moderate exercise: Pregnant women are not suitable for sitting for a long time. They should exercise as much as possible to promote blood flow back to the anus and duodenum. Do the anal lifting exercise 10-30 times a day (i.e. intentionally tighten the anus). Doing so will reduce blood accumulation in the hemorrhoidal venous plexus, improve local blood circulation, and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
