1. Some reasons

(1) Chronic private malnutrition is characterized by itching as the clinical symptom, accompanied by whitening of the private skin.

(2) Drug allergies or irritating chemical soaps, condoms, chlorpromazine, mercurochrome, etc. can cause contact dermatitis due to immediate irritation or skin allergies to these items, resulting in itchy symptoms.

2. Systemic causes

(3) Vulvar hematoma during pregnancy and early menstruation may occasionally cause vulvar itching and discomfort.
