What are the causes of female infertility?

According to the latest data, approximately 75% of married couples in the world suffer from infertility. It is estimated that there are about 70 million infertile couples in the world, and the number is still increasing at a rate of 2 million couples per year. So what are the causes of female infertility? The human body shows these signals to remind you to pay special attention!

1. Inflammation causes infertility

Some gynecological inflammations can cause infertility. The gynecological inflammations that can easily cause female infertility are mainly the following types. Inflammatory factors such as fallopian tube obstruction and pelvic inflammatory disease account for the first place in the factors of primary female infertility, and fallopian tube obstruction or obstruction accounts for 1/3 of female infertility. Severe vaginitis and cervicitis can also cause infertility. Although some gynecological inflammations will not cause infertility directly, they may also cause infertility caused by other infections in the long run.

2. Endocrine imbalance

The metabolism of growth hormone has its own rules. Seasonal changes, day and night alternations, sleep quality, diet and stress response are all factors that affect the growth hormone rules. In order to adapt to the changes in various factors, the growth hormone feedback system has also formed corresponding rules. If these factors change suddenly, the original rules will be disrupted, causing endocrine imbalance.

3. Uterine fibroids

Uterine fibroids are the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive organs and one of the most common tumors in the body. They are also called chemical fibroid uterine fibroids and uterine fibroids. Because uterine fibroids are mainly formed by the proliferation of uterine smooth muscle cells, in which a small amount of fibrous connective tissue exists as a supporting tissue, it is more accurate to call it uterine leiomyoma.

4. Endometriosis

The clinical feature of endometriosis is gradual dysmenorrhea, which is a common and prominent feature and is mostly secondary, that is, it begins with the occurrence of endometriosis.

5. Blocked fallopian tubes

The fallopian tubes have physiological functions such as transporting sperm, eggs, sperm-egg combination, and providing sperm storage, capacitation, acrosome reaction and fertilization site. Therefore, once functional obstruction occurs in both fallopian tubes, it will affect pregnancy and result in infertility; at the same time, it increases the possibility of ectopic pregnancy and threatens the personal safety of mothers and babies.

6. Fallopian tube inflammation

Salpingitis is the main site of pelvic inflammatory disease, mostly occurring in sexually active and menstruating women, and rarely occurring before the first menstruation, after menopause or in singles. If it occurs, it is often the spread of inflammation to adjacent human organs. If timely and appropriate medical treatment is not obtained, complications such as infertility, tubal pregnancy, chronic pelvic pain, and recurrent inflammation may occur due to pelvic adhesions and fallopian tube obstruction.

7. Uterine and ovarian tumors

Uterine and ovarian tumors are common tumors of the female reproductive organs with various characteristics and shapes, namely unilateral or bilateral, cystic or solid, benign or malignant, among which cystic is the most common, with a certain proportion of malignancy.
