What to do if the placenta is at level 1 at 24 weeks

The embryo of a pregnant woman will continue to improve as the pregnancy progresses, and the maturity levels are level zero, level one, level two, and level three. When it is completely complete, it means that the baby will be born soon. However, the embryos of some pregnant women will be mature early. So what should I do if the placenta is at level 1 at 24 weeks?

If a woman's embryo is found to have a grade 1 abnormality after 24 weeks of pregnancy, the pregnant woman needs to be monitored closely and promptly, and should be hospitalized for relevant treatment and the cause of the disease should be corrected. If the placenta ages quickly, it will harm the health of the fetus, so if necessary, a caesarean section or induction of labor should be used to terminate the pregnancy.

Under normal circumstances, the embryo will be fully mature only after a woman has reached 38 weeks of pregnancy. Generally speaking, when the embryo reaches the first stage, it should be around 30 to 32 weeks in the late pregnancy. The embryo at this time is already in a basically perfect state.

However, if a woman shows placenta stage 1 at 24 weeks, it is a sign that the embryo is too mature. In this case, the embryo will gradually degenerate, which may cause the fetus to be in danger at any time. The reason for the premature maturity of the embryo may be that the pregnant woman herself suffers from some chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, gestational hypertension, cardiopulmonary disease, etc.

Placental aging will directly affect the normal function of the embryo, because the ability of material exchange is weakened, and the needs of the fetus cannot be met. It will affect the baby's development, and in severe cases it will cause intrauterine distress in the fetus.
