Can simple endometrial hyperplasia be cured?

Simple endometrial hyperplasia can be cured. Once diagnosed, it can be treated with oral progesterone or dydrogesterone tablets in the first half of the menstrual period. The main purpose is to allow the uterine wall to shed regularly. The medication should be continued for about 3-6 months. The condition of the uterine wall can be checked by B-ultrasound. If necessary, a diagnostic curettage is recommended. In most cases, simple endometrial hyperplasia has been diagnosed for too long according to pathological examination and has already achieved the goal of improvement. This type of disease may often manifest as non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina, decreased menstrual cycle or prolonged menstruation and other related symptoms. There is about 1%-3% chance that these patients will develop uterine wall cancer, so it should be taken seriously.

Simple hyperplasia of the uterine wall is a normal disease of the uterine wall. This disease can be cured, but it must be treated promptly. Some patients may develop endometrial cancer if not treated promptly. If it is in the early stages of treatment, it is best to do a pathological examination to determine the characteristics of the uterine wall. If there is a tendency of tumor degeneration, it should be treated promptly according to the tumor. If it is just normal endometrial hyperplasia, it can be effectively alleviated by treating it with some estrogen-enhancing drugs.

The uterine wall consists of a muscular layer, a spongy layer and a high-density layer, among which the high-density layer and the spongy layer belong to the functional layer. With the continuous changes of female hormones during the menstrual cycle, it will continue to thicken, causing spontaneous rupture and menstruation. If growth hormone continues to stimulate the uterine wall to continue to proliferate, the ovaries can enter the metabolic period, and there is a normal ovulation period, it belongs to simple endometrial hyperplasia. This situation is mostly caused by excessive psychological stress in patients, which leads to disorder of their own female hormone metabolism.

Once simple endometrial hyperplasia occurs, the patient must be relieved, not too anxious, must get enough rest, pay attention to improving immunity and balanced diet.
