Pregnant women have to undergo various examinations during pregnancy, and various examinations are required in the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy. In the second trimester of pregnancy, there is a test that is very important, that is, the NT test. However, most pregnant women do not understand the test results. Is an NT test result of 1.1mm normal? If the nt value is 1.1mm, will the person be a girl? If the nt value is 1.1mm, will the person be a girl? In fact, the nt value of 1.1mm has nothing to do with whether the fetus is a girl. During pregnancy, it is impossible to tell whether the baby is a boy or a girl based on the NT value test procedure. The nt value is a measurement of the opacity of the child's neck. This usually has nothing to do with whether the baby is a boy or a girl, so it is inaccurate to use this method to distinguish between boys and girls. In modern society, everyone is equal, and it is recommended to take things as they come. The physical and mental health of the baby is the most important. The NT value of 1.1mm belongs to the standard value. NT means the thickness of the nuchal translucency and is not a scientific basis for determining the sex of the fetus. If the nt value exceeds 2.5mm, further fetal four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is required for malformation screening. If the NT value is too high during pregnancy and there is no abnormality in the color Doppler ultrasound examination, a follow-up ultrasound examination is still required after a few weeks. In most cases, it takes about 20 weeks to diagnose whether the fetus is deformed through ultrasound selection. The NT test is mainly related to the screening for premature malformation and Down syndrome, but there is no need to worry too much. During pregnancy, it is taboo to have sexual intercourse, and avoid radiation sources and drugs. Pay attention to increasing the intake of nutritious high-protein foods and have regular prenatal checkups. Is the NT test result of 1.1mm normal? Nt This test uses B-ultrasound to accurately measure the thickness of the zona pellucida at the fetus's neck to check the possibility of chromosomal abnormalities, and is also a fetal abnormality screening test. The thickness of this nuchal translucency should not exceed 2.5mm, which proves that there is no abnormality in the sex chromosomes. Therefore, the NT test result of 1.1mm is normal. Pregnant women do not need to worry and just need to relax and keep the baby safe. The zona pellucida on the fetus's neck is formed at the 11th week of pregnancy and disappears at the 14th week of pregnancy, so the NT examination is best performed at the 12th week of pregnancy. If the inspection time is not mastered, the zona pellucida will disappear and the inspection will be missed. Therefore, pregnant women should arrange the time for examination in advance to avoid missing it or neglecting it. If a pregnant woman still accidentally misses this test, there is no need to worry too much. She can still do a Down screening test in the later stages to make up for it. The best time for Down syndrome screening is between 16 and 20 weeks of pregnancy. The test is done by blood test and does not require fasting. Pregnant women can book a time in advance and go for the test immediately. |
