The tongue coating is white and greasy, and the pulse is soft and slow. Women who feel sleepy during menstruation should pay attention to strengthening physical exercise, such as jogging, playing ball, practicing Tai Chi, etc. Choose a form of exercise they like and stick to it for a long time. In terms of diet, eat less sweet and high-fat foods. You can eat more watermelon in summer and more sweet radish in winter. You can also cook porridge with red beans and coix seeds.
