The nine-valent HPV vaccine is a vaccine used to prevent cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and can prevent more than 90% of cervical cancer. The vaccine generally requires three injections, administered over a period of six months, to be effective. The vaccine was approved for sale overseas in 2014 and was launched in my country on April 28, 2018. How much does the 9-dose vaccine cost? The cost of the nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine varies in each region, costing around 1,000-2,000 yuan. Vaccination with the nine-valent cervical vaccine requires three injections. The nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine is mainly used to prevent infection with human papillomavirus and can effectively reduce the risk of cervical cancer. At present, the risk of cervical cancer is very high, and the most common age is relatively young women of childbearing age. Vaccination is very important. In addition to the nine-valent vaccine, there are also two-valent and four-valent vaccines. They are divided into different types according to the different high-risk groups of human papillomavirus that can be prevented, and each vaccine covers different age groups. Key subjects need to undergo cervical cell examination every year, and cervical tissue examination when necessary to ensure early detection and early treatment. Limitations Because the cervical cancer vaccines currently developed and marketed do not include all high-risk types, the nine-valent HPV vaccine cannot protect all high/low-risk types from causing related tumors or diseases; therefore, the US FDA has approved the marketing of the nine-valent HPV vaccine and established the following nine limitations in its instructions for use: 1. This vaccine cannot cancel/stop women’s long-term cervical cancer screening (secondary prevention measure). 2. Vaccination This vaccine does not cancel/stop the highly recommended anal cancer screening. 3. This vaccine cannot protect individuals who have been infected with HPV. 4. This vaccine cannot protect against other types of related diseases other than the matching type. 5. This vaccine cannot treat diseases caused by the types of diseases described in the instructions for use. 6. This vaccine has not been confirmed to protect against private, vaginal and anal cancers caused by HPV types other than the matching type. 7. This vaccine cannot protect against diseases not caused by HPV. 8. This vaccine cannot protect all recipients. 9. The actual effectiveness of this vaccine in protecting against CIN ( ) in people over 26 years of age has not been confirmed. |
