Causes: Living in a humid environment for a long time, sleeping directly on the floor or walking barefoot in summer, or eating too much water in the diet, eating too much raw and cold food, etc.

Maintenance: Eat light food, do more outdoor activities, get more sun exposure, keep exercising, don't stay in a humid environment for a long time, and pay attention to the erosion of moisture during rainy seasons. Eat more foods that can strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, relieve cough and reduce phlegm, such as snow peas, red beans, winter melon, carrots, grass carp, Poria coix, and coix seed.
